Erysan Diagnostic
You may already have considered several possible paths and still find them difficult to compare. Change one part of the picture and something else shifts: one option improves one aspect while making another harder, and the decision becomes difficult to view as a whole.
Diagnostic is designed for situations like this, when several scenarios, constraints or uncertainties need to be considered together to understand what is really driving the decision.
When different parts of the decision affect one another
Diagnostic is especially suited to situations that cannot be reduced to one simple comparison: several scenarios are possible, some elements depend on others, and deciding on one factor alone could hide an important part of the picture.
SEVERAL SCENARIOS ARE WORTH COMPARING
Several paths remain realistic, sometimes including the status quo, and each leads to different consequences.
THE ELEMENTS INTERACT
A career change can affect family life, a financial constraint can narrow certain options, or a location decision can have consequences across several other parts of the situation.
SEVERAL PRIORITIES MATTER AT THE SAME TIME
You need to protect several things that matter, but you cannot maximize all of them at once.
A SIMPLE ANSWER WOULD LEAVE OUT TOO MUCH
The decision needs enough depth to examine the dependencies, uncertainties and consequences that could still change the conclusion.
See the decision as a whole
Diagnostic makes it possible to examine several scenarios without separating them from the rest of the situation. The analysis brings out their consequences, how they connect, the uncertainties that still need to be resolved and the order in which some decisions may need to be made.
THE STARTING POINT
The central decision is placed in context: what exists today, what needs to be protected and the constraints that genuinely have to be taken into account.
THE SCENARIOS TO COMPARE
The different realistic paths are examined, including the status quo when it is a genuine option.
WHAT NEEDS TO BE CHECKED BEFORE COMMITTING
The analysis identifies information that needs confirming, assumptions that can be tested and decisions that still depend on another step.
THE TRADE-OFFS AND UNCERTAINTIES
Each scenario is examined in terms of what it offers, what it puts at risk, what becomes harder to reverse and which uncertainties remain open.
THE DIRECTION THAT EMERGES
The analysis identifies the scenario that appears most coherent based on the information available and what could still change that conclusion.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
You know what is useful to do now, what deserves checking before going further and which commitments can still wait.
Some decisions depend on what you can verify before committing
The diagram below shows how Diagnostic can compare several possible paths, identify what still needs to be confirmed and determine which steps can reasonably come before a harder-to-reverse commitment.
The example is entirely fictional and contains no client data.

How Diagnostic works
START WITH THE FIT CHECK
Tell us about the decision and the elements that make it difficult to assess as a whole. We review your request to determine whether Diagnostic is a good fit for your situation.
KNOW WHAT WILL BE ANALYZED BEFORE YOU PAY
If Diagnostic is appropriate, you receive a written proposal explaining what will be analyzed, the price and the expected delivery date. Once you accept and pay, a private questionnaire gathers the information needed for the analysis.
RECEIVE YOUR ANALYSIS
Once the information we need has been gathered, we confirm that the analysis has started. It is then delivered confidentially by email. Up to two follow-up questions about your analysis are included. You have seven calendar days after delivery to send them.
A clear framework
Diagnostic allows a complex decision to be examined in depth while remaining focused on the situation and questions defined at the outset. When part of the decision depends on legal, financial, medical, psychological or immigration matters, that point should be checked with the appropriate professional.
Two ways to examine a decision, depending on what it requires
Focus is suited to situations where one central question and a small number of options can be examined in a targeted way.
Diagnostic becomes more appropriate when several scenarios, constraints or uncertainties are connected and need to be considered together to understand the consequences of each path.
The Fit Check lets us review your situation before guiding you toward Focus, Diagnostic or another next step.
