Erysan Focus
You may already know which options you are weighing. What remains difficult is deciding what should carry the most weight and what each choice would actually mean in practice.
Focus is designed for this kind of situation: one central question and a limited number of realistic options to examine.
A clear decision, a small number of options to compare
Focus is especially suited to situations where the core decision is already identifiable, but you need a clearer view of what should carry the most weight between the options.
One central question
You can bring the decision back to one main question, even if some parts still need sorting out.
One or two realistic options
You already know which paths are worth comparing, or one option mainly needs to be confirmed or ruled out.
CONCRETE FACTORS TO EXAMINE
The main facts, constraints and consequences can be identified without having to reconstruct the entire situation.
WHAT REALLY SETS THE OPTIONS APART
What you mainly need is to understand which differences between the options truly matter and what could still change your decision.
Four steps to get to the heart of the decision
Each analysis adapts to the situation presented. Focus remains deliberately targeted: it concentrates on the central question, the options that genuinely matter and the factors most likely to tip the decision.
THE DECISION TO EXAMINE
The central question is stated clearly so that it is clear what actually needs to be decided and which options are worth comparing.
WHAT REALLY MATTERS
The facts, constraints, priorities and uncertainties that genuinely carry weight in the decision are separated from factors that may influence the choice without necessarily determining it.
THE COMPARISON
Each option is examined in terms of what it offers, what it requires and the conditions under which it becomes more or less coherent.
THE DIRECTION THAT EMERGES
The analysis identifies the option that appears most coherent based on the information available, what could still change that conclusion and the most useful next step.
What a Focus analysis looks like
The public sample is based on a completely fictional situation and contains no client data. It shows how a decision is reframed, which factors carry the most weight, how the options are compared and how a reasoned direction emerges.
A real analysis always adapts to the situation and the information provided.
How Focus works
Tell us about the decision and what is making it difficult right now. We review your request to determine whether Focus is a good fit for your situation.
If Focus is appropriate, you receive a written proposal explaining what will be analyzed, the price and the expected delivery date. Once you accept and pay, a private questionnaire gathers the information needed for the analysis.
Once the analysis is complete, it is delivered confidentially by email. One follow-up question about your analysis is included. You have seven calendar days after delivery to send it.
A clear framework
Focus examines a specific decision and the information needed to assess it. When part of the situation depends on legal, financial, medical, psychological or immigration matters, that point should be checked with the appropriate professional.
You do not have to choose on your own
Focus is suited to decisions that can be examined around one central question and a small number of clearly identified options. When several scenarios, constraints or uncertainties need to be considered together, Diagnostic may be more appropriate.
The Fit Check lets us review your situation before guiding you toward Focus, Diagnostic or another next step.
